Kambo is a traditional Cantonese restaurant. Old school in a good nostalgic way. We had crab noodles and ‘Chinese ham’ and both were delicious. Crab was fresh and full of meat, noodles were done nicely with lots of gravy. Chinese ham and jellyfish dish was tasty and smelled strongly of sesame oil. Service was extremely polite and friendly. To top it off we got free ‘tong suit’ and fruit after. Very nice experience, feels like the Chinese restaurants of my childhood. Best of all it was well priced for what we ate. Highly recommended.

Note: I ordered my meal on Doordash so unfortunately I can't comment on the service and atmoshphere. I can only comment on the food.
Really enjoyed the food I got here. I ordered a Burger with the Lot Snack Pack which included Chips and Two Potato Cakes. The entire pack only cost me $20. It tasted really fantastic. Burger was cooked really well, wasn't too greasy and the Burger wasn't convoluted too which was great. I also bought a Pineapple Fritter which was way bigger and juicer than I've had at other Chippies. I also got a Deep Fried Mars Bar which was really sweet, soft and gooey on the inside.
Overall I only ended up paying $26.70 for my whole meal (this total is not including a service fee for using Doordash or a delivery fee). It was amazing how affordable my whole order was.
Great work team! I'll definitely need to come back!

Last minute booking the day after Boxing Day. Couldn't be happier with the service or the food. Thai is our go to option when eating out and I cannot remember ever having a superior meal. The chef came out to explain the specials which we chose. The balance of the flavours and spice was impressive. We will definitely be back. $85.00 for 3 courses for two people. Five stars.

I dropped into Danny’s Kopitiam for lunch and left with the unshakable feeling that I’d just eaten at the happiest intersection between Penang and paradise. The place hums with charm; part café, part time machine, and wholly delightful.
The combination hor fun was so good I briefly considered proposing to it, and the char kway teow had more personality than most dinner parties I’ve attended. It’s smoky, saucy, and slightly indecent, just the way noodles should be.
But the real star of the show )the prima donna of the dessert world) is the sago pudding. It arrived modestly, glistening like a diplomat’s handshake, and tasted like summer got a postgraduate degree in comfort.
The service? Impeccable. The kind of warmth that makes you feel like you’ve wandered into a relative’s kitchen, the one who actually likes you.
Danny’s Kopitiam isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an argument for joy. And like all great arguments, I left full, happy, and entirely convinced.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!
once you’ve eaten once you’ll definitely go back for more :)
The food honestly is pretty good, and the portion sizes are amazing for the price—make sure to eat it when it’s fresh though
(Meal for One & Potato Cakes)
The owners here are very nice too! It’s a great, quick local spot for food
