furlong-pizza-donner-kebab

quote I wish I took a photo before we started eating but this was the first time having Furlong Pizza and we didn’t know we were about to have the most incredible pizza we have had it years!! The shop on pick up was clean and the staff were polite, our order was on time and fresh! 100% have won us over as customers because I’ve never had anything like this is Ballarat!! Chips & Garlic bread are equally as delicious. Thank you so much team. We will be back 🙌🏼

quote Great meal! probably the 3rd time we went in 4 months. All dishes were great. Lamb Rogan Josh and Channa Aloo Masala (chickpea and potato) both medium which is a very nice amount of spice that wont hurt you. We also got the Saffron rice, Samosas and Garlic naan. This meal cost us (2 People) $63. Enough food to get a 3rd meal out of it in a takeaway container home.

block-7-fish-chips-pizza

quote We ordered the Twin Pack. One of the best fish and chips my partner and I have had in a long time. The fish was so thick and literally melted in your mouth. I had the grilled fish and he had the battered — the batter was some of the best I’ve ever had. You can tell they use fresh oil and drain it properly, as it wasn’t oily at all. Such a pleasant surprise — we would definitely recommend and will be back again.

noble-dragon-chinese-restaurant

quote Had lunch here and we had: sweet and sour chicken beef with vegetables honey chicken fried rice prawn crackers Two cans of soft drink It came to a total of $90 but we were able to take it home and get dinner for two people plus lunch for one the next day from the leftovers. The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and it was quiet. Only one other table had two people sitting down to eat but there were numerous takeaway orders done while we were there. We enjoyed our meal and the food was hot, fresh and quite nice. The only two notes that we really had about our food was: 1. The prawn crackers could have been cooked a bit better 2. In the sweet and sour chicken the onion is raw. You can't even call it undercooked because it was a pure crunch when you bite into it and the absolute taste of raw onion. I didn't mind this so much once I knew it was like that but my Mum avoided the onion completely once discovered. Neither of these two things would stop me going back at all. If your in the Ballarat area and want Chinese it is a good option.

tandoor-indian-cuisine

quote We had dinner last night at Tandoor indian Cuisine and had a wonderful experience. The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and full of flavour, perfectly paired with fresh and soft garlic naan. The lamb biryani was absolutely awesome—aromatic, well-spiced, and cooked perfectly with tender pieces of lamb. The food quality was excellent, portions were generous, and everything tasted freshly prepared. A great place for authentic Indian cuisine, and we’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!
