Order Indonesian Food in Ashburton

I went with a friend to grab dinner at Bala, Peachgrove, and the food was absolutely flawless. The Chicken 65 is hands down the best in town—far better than any other restaurant I’ve tried. On top of that, the staff who served us yesterday (14/01/26) were incredibly friendly and kind. Amazing food and the most welcoming service—definitely the best spot in town!

A very good Japanese Ramen and Don shop in Launceston. Gatsu’s Ramen is very flavourful, pork slices are generous and the noodles are cooked perfectly. The Chicken Don is very good too - love their rice and teriyaki sauce. Do order the fried lotus roots too. It’s amazing that one lady was handling the order, serving and cleaning, still smiling at customers. ❤️

This bowl of udon was absolutely amazing! The noodles were chewy and springy, the broth was rich and flavorful, and every bite felt warm and comforting. The toppings were generous and satisfying. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Amazing variety of Malaysian food to choose from. Everything we ordered was delicious. The kids love to eat here too, generous portions and value for money. Shame that their oyster omelette is always sold out…never got to try it
