caa-waa-restaurant

quote Drove up to park in front of the place and watched several people walk out with bags of food. Good sign. The place itself is no nonsense, just plain cooking. I had sweet and sour chicken and the Caa Waa special fried rice, which is a meal alone. Two huge prawns, plenty of pork and beef and a few greens. It’s an open kitchen and you can watch them cook everything. The portions are huge, food fresh and very very tasty. A patron eating in on one of the two small tables had a laksa and it looked and smelled amazing. Definitely take away only and worth the money.

quote Great meal! probably the 3rd time we went in 4 months. All dishes were great. Lamb Rogan Josh and Channa Aloo Masala (chickpea and potato) both medium which is a very nice amount of spice that wont hurt you. We also got the Saffron rice, Samosas and Garlic naan. This meal cost us (2 People) $63. Enough food to get a 3rd meal out of it in a takeaway container home.

block-7-fish-chips-pizza

quote We ordered the Twin Pack. One of the best fish and chips my partner and I have had in a long time. The fish was so thick and literally melted in your mouth. I had the grilled fish and he had the battered — the batter was some of the best I’ve ever had. You can tell they use fresh oil and drain it properly, as it wasn’t oily at all. Such a pleasant surprise — we would definitely recommend and will be back again.

dosa-hut-ballarat

quote Recently tried on. Recommendation and really enjoyed the food except the starter i forgot the name was below average. We ordered Masala Dosa, chilli something ( forgot exact name) as starter, steam rice, vegetable noodles and butter chicken with plain and cheese naans and goli dodas. The environment was bit noisy but lively with punjsbi music. Will definitely will visit again. Recommend ✔️

noble-dragon-chinese-restaurant

quote We pulled up to get a last minute dinner on our trip to Melbourne & looked at the reviews after we had already sat down. I was pleasantly surprised that the food was delicious, though the restaurant was empty, I’d say they had a decent 5-6 uber takeaway orders in the first 10 minutes we were there. I haven’t had imperial beef (rainbow beef) in nearly 12 years & I wasn’t disappointed. The chicken was succulent & the prawns were decent in number. For someone who also doesn’t cope well in loud environments, it was a really nice & relaxed atmosphere. Hats off to the chef, who not only made a lovely meal, was really kind & respectful to his staff. Give this place a try!

red-door-pizza

quote Thank you for one of the best ‘traditional wood fire pizza 🍕 experience’. Laura shared her knowledge and experience to assist me in my selection (lots to choose from). With gluten free options and the choice of 1/2 and 1/2, my pizza was simply awesome. The beer garden on a miserable day (listening to the rain hitting the tin roof) made the experience memorable. Until next time, …….
