coburger-co

quote Good quality burgers at reasonable prices. We tried a selection of their burgers Makin'Bacon Duplex, Coburger with cheese, and the Korean fried chicken burger plus the Oreo Ripple shake, and the Home Made Mango Iced Tea. All were great!

gipis-pizza-house

quote Was delighted to eat the best lamb pizza I have ever had, seated quickly and on a small table for one. Very busy, new sign informing food delivery drivers to ring a bell down the side of the building rather than enter the tiny restaurant caused some confusion for a few, but will in time make the dining experience so much better. Excellent price. Crust was perfect, Napoli fragrant and all was superb and fresh. Very busy, lots of noise, so for those who wish an intimate experience or are hard of hearing might try for take away instead of dining in.

grill-gods

quote The restaurant was very clean, the staff were extremely polite, and the food was both affordable and delicious. However, the milkshake wasn’t cold, which was a bit disappointing. Now you might ask, why only 3 stars? Because at a fast food place, waiting 50 minutes for two burgers, fries, and a drink is just too long. I had to remind them after 40 minutes otherwise, I wonder how much longer it would’ve taken. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed.

quote After an afternoon of shopping in Melbourne CBD, we walked over to this spot for dinner. With 11 of us, we had to split across a few tables. Ordering was done via the store’s QR code—place the order, confirm it, show the confirmation to staff, then make payment. It was a little troublesome, but it’s understandable as the system likely helps the restaurant save on labour costs. We tried a wide variety of dishes including Sarawak laksa, white curry mee, fish head curry mee, chicken rice, char kway teow and more. Despite the crowd, food service was quick and efficient. Most importantly, the food was delicious and tasted authentically done. Again we forgot to take pictures of our food before eating. Considering the quality and portion sizes, the prices were very reasonable—definitely more economical compared to similar places back home. Overall, a satisfying and worthwhile dining experience.
