Curry dishes have their origins in the Indian subcontinent, with present-day Northern India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan mainly using a yogurt base, while those in present-day Southern India, Sri Lanka, and Southeast Asia generally use coconut milk as their foundation.

quote I grabbed this kebab plate for just $16 and it was absolutely worth it. The portion is generous, especially with the perfectly cooked chicken, a good amount of freshly grated cheese, and their special sour cream sauce on top — super creamy and full of flavour. The side salad was fresh and crisp, with pickles and turnip adding a nice tangy crunch. Everything tasted clean, well-seasoned, and satisfying. For the price, the quality and quantity are honestly impressive. Definitely a great value meal and I would happily come back again!

quote The most authentic South Indian Restaurant in Hamilton. We had Parotta, Chicken 65 and Chicken Chettinad Curry. Every one of those dishes was done to perfection. The Chicken 65 and Chicken Chettinad were awseomly flavoursome. This is one restaurant I keep going back again and again. It is a small but very tidy place. Well done to the chef and people who run it.
