Order Food in glendalough

The chicken katsu was crispy on the outside yet juicy on the inside. The egg was soft and slightly runny, coating the rice and chicken beautifully without overpowering the flavour. Portion was generous, and the sauce tied everything together with a nice savoury touch. Would definitely order again when I’m craving comfort food :D

Used to visit this place a lot! First visit when the price was $8.90 per dish and now $17! We went at lunch time, around 12:30pm and the place was quiet, only 2-3 other tables occupied. Greeted by a friendly lady, not the usual face though. She took the order & completed transaction - paid. Reasonable cooking time, decent portion. But the taste.. there’s something missing! We had the kolo mee (used to be wow so good), Laksa (tasted curry powder), house special fried rice (a bit tasteless) & nasi lemak. It was definitely not as good as the old time. Maybe it has changed owner. Will I come back? Maybe - but it won’t be the first choice.

Best fish and chips for miles. Staying 20 mins away and was happy to drive for good quality fish and chips. Very generous serves. Ordered for 3 people and they gave enough for 4 hungry people. Thank you for your superb food.

So good! We called in for a late night meal as it was one only a few places open late, we will be back! Hubby had a burger and said it was the best burger he has ever had in Perth! That's a big call, considering we have tried most of Perths burger joints! The popcorn chicken was juicy and seasoned perfectly, the chips were amazing! The staff were lovely, the restaurant is very clean and comfortable and the service was fast! Absolutely stand out burger joint!

Almost knocked to a 4 star because the potato scallops were tiny and there were no additional ones added. Smaller than the palm of my small hands. Everyone knows the quality of an Australian fish and chippy is measured in the size of their potato cakes and how liberal they are with freebies. However I can’t actually vote them 4 as the food was delicious and well priced. The batter on the fish was great. Just note they have small serving sizes. Potato cakes and chips were both far below general expectations, so order more than you think you need.

Manager came out specifically to tell off the lovely workers who were very attentive, because they forgot to charge and extra $2 for gravy on the side. He yelled at them in front of us rather then pulling them aside later, he seemed like a right asshole, I apologised and offered to pay the $2 but the girls were very nice and said it was fine. Management need to pull their heads in and start treating their workers better. Chips were slay tho.
