asaka-sushi

quote The chicken katsu was crispy on the outside yet juicy on the inside. The egg was soft and slightly runny, coating the rice and chicken beautifully without overpowering the flavour. Portion was generous, and the sauce tied everything together with a nice savoury touch. Would definitely order again when I’m craving comfort food :D

quote Used to visit this place a lot! First visit when the price was $8.90 per dish and now $17! We went at lunch time, around 12:30pm and the place was quiet, only 2-3 other tables occupied. Greeted by a friendly lady, not the usual face though. She took the order & completed transaction - paid. Reasonable cooking time, decent portion. But the taste.. there’s something missing! We had the kolo mee (used to be wow so good), Laksa (tasted curry powder), house special fried rice (a bit tasteless) & nasi lemak. It was definitely not as good as the old time. Maybe it has changed owner. Will I come back? Maybe - but it won’t be the first choice.

quote Refurbished old Pizza Hutt building. Adequate parking for the restaurant size. Inside, feels a bit clinical but otherwise has seating for small to large groups - BOOK a table. Service was great. Quick, attentive and positive. The beef was extremely tender and had typical Chinese flavours of all the dishes we selected. S&P Squid could've done with more salt and despite the fresh chilli peppers, wasn't very spicy. Overall, we were happy with our food. Not sure if we'd go again but I'd recommend if you want your usual Chinese fare quickly and no unexpected flavour or spiciness.

quote Holy crap. I am a birria taco connoisseur and this is by far the best place I’ve been to in Perth. Imagine your classic street food tacos (oily and delicious broth) well this place was it. The staff were friendly and although it was quiet the atmosphere had great potential. I would highly recommend this place and I will for sure be coming back!!

quote Here’s a natural English translation: ⸻ No wonder it has a high 4.8 stars. My first time coming to this restaurant. Overall experience on food and service are definitely worth 5 ⭐️ Parking is relatively easy, you can park along the street. The restaurant is not big, with about 15 two-seater tables (some can be pushed together). It seats up to around 30 people. Highly recommended to call to book your seats, we walked in and had to wait 30mins. the service was excellent. We ordered two dishes: • Deep-fried barramundi with three sauces • Red curry roast duck Both were delicious 😋 Thai food has bold flavours and goes really well with rice. That said, I won’t order the red curry duck again next time, my fault for not being able to handle spice. Even the red curry felt spicy to me 🥵 Guess my tolerance is pretty weak 😅 The fish was amazing. I had plenty left over and took away the extra fillets for lunch tomorrow. Personally, I think two dishes are more than enough for two people. The price is reasonable for what they offer. We didn’t order any drinks, just two dishes and two bowls of plain rice, and the total came to $72

okay-restaurant

quote We ordered raw beef pho $17 and Bun Bo Hue, $19. The kitchen kindly agreed to serve the BBH with raw beef meat only. The broth was okay but I've had better. It lacked depth and oomph. Might have benefited from more shrimp paste and lemongrass but still enjoyable. The noodles were shredded. Not sure if that's the kitchen's style. My daughter rated her raw beef pho a solid 7.5. Warm service.
