Our Customer Reviews

quote It was our first time going to Ajays today as our usual pizza place was closed. And it didn’t disappoint. The pizza is definitely the best in melton, it’s thick dough cheese stuffed crust hot and not under or over cooked, chips were great, fresh and and beautifully salted. Staff was also helpful. This is definitely our new go to pizza place in the area.

quote This was our second visit in 2 weeks. The serving staff are so friendly, especially the young lady who served us today. She was very kind and thoughtful. We ordered off the special menu - the curry combo plus the samosa and tea special. We loved that you could swap the rice for the naans as we prefer naans. The samosas were freshly cooked, nice and crispy on the outside and a flavoursome veg filling. There was a little wait for the naans as these were cooked fresh to order. They were definitely worth the wait. I have to say the garlic naan is one of the best we have tasted. The naans were fluffy and the tandoori roti had a nice crisp texture. They were perfect. All the curries were again cooked fresh. We saw the chicken tikka being put on the skewers ready to go in the tandoor. They had a lovely smokey taste and the pieces were juicy. The lamb melted in your mouth. The karahi, jalfrezi and tikka masala had lots of large pieces of veg. All had a very generous portion of chicken and lamb in. They all had different unique authentic flavours, with a choice of spice level. All were served in lovely bowls and came out piping hot. Every dish was so tasty and was full of flavour. The masa tea was huge and was a great way to finish the meal. This is such a great place to have freshly cooked home cooked meals. Staff are great and the chef's were excellent. We would highly recommend this restaurant. This is now one of our favourite restaurants. We'll worth the 20 minute drive. We will definitely be back again soon.

quote The music was great, very peaceful, with 2 screens for entertainment. The service was also excellent. If we had an issue they were quick to solve it. And as you can tell by the pictures the food was rather mouth watering. Highly recommend Foo Hua for your next dine in or take away experience altho I do suggest dinning in for the amazing atmosphere this place has to offer. They do have chopsticks at the counter too!

quote First time there. This place is fantastic. Went there last night (23 September 2025) for dinner with 2 friends. Treated like long lost family by the 2 gentlemen working the ovens. While I appreciate that this is more on a pickup or delivery type of pizzeria they do have a few tables for people who would like to dine in. The setting is basic, comfortable and cosy. Just right, so I dont understand why more locals dont wander up the street and dine in. The food was delicious. We ordered a couple of the large specialty pizza’s followed by some Tiramisu and Baci desserts. The Tiramisu was so big it resembled a slab of lasagne and was fantastic. Judging by the constant stream of delivery people crowding the counter and spilling out into the street I could tell this is a popular place amongst the pizza loving locals. Definitely on my radar next time I am passing. And well worth the 40km journey there to meet my friends last night. Try it, you’ll be glad you did.

quote Very tasty food and beautiful, quiet premises where you can enjoy your food and have a conversation. Wife had the seafood pho with flat noodles. There was so much I had to help her finish. Delicious! I had pork chop on broken rice with the works. Very tasty, and I liked it alot, but it would have been even better with runny egg yolk. Prices were very reasonable. Was impressed that they automatically brought out a chilled beer glass without having to ask!

The Noodle Burger was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully decorated Pizza, it just made our day. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable and offered excellent recommendations. Overall, the food was outstanding, the service impeccable and the ambiance ideal for a memorable evening. Highly recommended to all in Redland Bay.
