Malaysian

Because Peninsular Malaysia shares a common history with Singapore, it is common to find versions of the same dish across both sides of the border regardless of place of origin, such as laksa and chicken rice. Rice is the most important staple food in Malaysia. A popular dish based on rice in Malaysia is nasi lemak, rice steamed with coconut milk and pandan leaves to give it a rich fragrance.

Our Customer Reviews

quote ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding! This place is an absolute gem in Albany. The food is incredible — authentic flavours, perfectly cooked dishes, and generous portions. The service is top-notch, with staff who genuinely care and go the extra mile. The ambiance is beautiful too, making the whole experience feel special. I’ll go as far as saying this is the best Indian restaurant in all of WA. If you’re in Albany, you have to try it. Highly recommended!

quote I absolutely love the BBQ chicken pizza from Angelo’s Pizza and Pasta! The medium size is a great portion — generous and satisfying without being too much. The pizza is cooked perfectly, with a beautifully crispy outside and loads of fresh, tasty ingredients. It really stands out from many other pizza places. The flavour reminds me of Persian-style pizza, which I find closer to authentic Italian style — so finding this place has been such a happy discovery for me. Highly recommended if you’re after a delicious, well-made pizza! 🍕🔥

quote Just had a family sized meat lovers pizza that looked more like an extra large and was impressed with the price point (only $26.00) and flavour. This pizza reminds me of the good old days when pizza was about big flavour and big pizza but not so big price. I very much enjoyed the generous toppings which were bursting with flavour. The dough for me could do with some improvement however I have to say I was in no way disappointed and wanted to finish off the pizza all to my self. I recommend you give it a try specially if you’re like me and remember the old school pizzas back in the day!

quote From the photos, perhaps this place once was a restaurant. Now its a small takeaway only joint. Tried a small Bernie's pizza and a small capricciosa with a side of garlic bread. Great value at only $27. However, the pizzas were lacking on the flavour scale. Can't quite put my finger on what's missing, but they just didn't do it for us.

quote The food was absolutely amazing however it took for the service team to serve a long time- waited approx an hour but except that everything is good. Fried rice is so good as well as red curry and duck meat. 🍛🥗🍝

quote I came here for dinner with my husband. It is recommended to book a table. We didn't have to wait for a table as we booked. It was very busy. It took a while to have our orders taken. We didn't wait too long for our order. I recommend coming here when it's not so busy because there was only one person taking orders and bringing the food to the tables. They forgot my drink. We will come back as we thoroughly enjoyed the food
