A burger is a food, typically considered a sandwich, consisting of one or more cooked patties of ground meat, usually beef, placed inside a sliced bread roll or bun. The patty may be pan fried, grilled, smoked or flame broiled. Quality food always. The oil they fry with is clean and not acrid like other fish and chip shops I have visited in the past. Best I have had in the area. Friendly staff and great service.
