Food stalls are called hang bai or simply hang in Khmer, which is a borrowing from Chinese hang. More specifically the stalls are referred to by the main food served, for example, rice noodle stalls or coffee stalls.

Excellent food! Really one of the best Pho I've had in Melbourne. Bahn mi, spring rolls and noodle stir fry were also excellent. You can tell it's all hand made with fresh ingredients.
