Ethiopian

Ethiopian cuisine characteristically consists of vegetable and often very spicy meat dishes. This is usually in the form of wat, a thick stew, served on top of injera, a large sourdough flatbread, which is about 50 centimeters in diameter and made out of fermented teff flour. Ethiopians eat most of the time with their right hands, using pieces of injera to pick up bites of entrées and side dishes.

Our Customer Reviews

quote We went to have dinner with my flatmates and we are so happy that they were able to cater for vegans! We got a plate to share and it was really wonderful. We loved the family vibes of the place, the amazing smell of some type of incense and the music. If I have to find something that could be improved is the light: they are too cold, I personally prefer places with warmer lights. The staff was really smiley and friendly as well.
