So I was craving for a fish and chips on a NY day arvo and found this gem of a place. I ordered seafood basket. Served by a friendly uncle whom happily answered my questions. Cozy restaurant that feels like an outback deli. It is neat and clean. Seafood basket was sizeable with plenty of chips and generous two servings of hake fish. At $17, it was great value. Quality is great too. I agree with some of the reviews where chips were crunchily tasty and were not oily. Fish were great with crunchy batter yet juicy in the inside. Food aside, the menu instore, in my opinion, is kind of confusing with plenty of options and prices plastered all over. I will visit again to taste their other food. Recommended to try if you want a no fuss tasty fish and chips.

Had an amazing dinner with friends here, had their mashawi mixed plate. Which is good for 2pax already. Great service and friendly staff.

We have had takeout from Commodore over 50 times and it is always amazing. Very consistent and generous portions. Keep up the great work team. BEST Fish n Chips in a 5 kilometre range And I have tried them All. Louis the owner worked previously for pescado seafood then bought the business himself and is doing a fantastic Job! Honestly the fish, chips dim sims and pineapple fritters are Fantastic. I always ask for the best fish he has and he never let's me down I'm No Millionaire but I am happy to pay a bit more for FRESH SNAPPER he gets in weekly. keep up the Good Work Louis BLOODY BEAUTIFUL...

was super busy tonight as good friday. food was great tasted amazing. customer service is fantastic. had a few karens.. complaning about having to wait so long as you’d expect 😂 stupid if you ask me it’s good friday your doing your best. thank you for the great food 😊
