Bought dinner from here last night, and it was mostly pretty great. Prices were good, servings were huge (two pieces of fish per order, not one!), and we got free potato cakes/potato scallops in our orders. The fish was light and flaky if slightly heavy on the batter and the chips were pretty decent and fried perfectly.
However, while we were waiting for our order to be prepared, a staff member walked in to begin their shift and did NOT wash their hands before handling food. Also, one of the pieces of fish in my partner's order tasted "off" to her so she didn't eat it.
If it hadn't been for those two things I would give this place 5 stars out of 5. I can understand a piece of fish not being quite right from the supplier, but hygiene and food safety are very important to the both of us, that was a big fail.

Well priced and delicious!
I came in today and asked for the best way to feed a family of 9. I spoke to a lovely young girl who helped me place my order and paid $80 ordering 3 family packages. The older man then comes up and says that he thinks I’ve ordered too much. Gives me a $20 refund and promised that I would still have enough ordering only 2 family boxes.
When my order arrived it was huge, and he kindly threw in 2 bags of potato scallops and a drink.
He was right! We had so much left over. At least 4 pieces of fish and some extra things. The fish was perfectly cooked with the right amount of batter. It was honestly delicious!
We don’t order take out a lot as we are big foodies and like to cook everything ourselves, also it’s expensive getting take out for so many people, but this was absolutely well worth it!
