Our Customer Reviews

quote Delicious food, every time, prepared fresh (and without loads of sugar like a lot of places). Family owned and run, the service is always enthusiastic and friendly. A hidden gem of Hobart and a staple for us. If you're visiting the area, don't sleep on Culinary King!

quote My experience with mother India Restaurant is really good. I visited this restaurant so many times and every time I felt highly satisfied from the food and the service they provided was excellent. Last night I organised my birthday party in this restaurant and everyone praised about the food it was really awesome. I want to say it is the best Indian restaurant in Hobart. If you guys want real taste of Punjabi food please go there. Highly recommend to everyone.👍👍👍👍

quote Great place. Very good food. Always pleasant staff, very polite. The food is delicious and a good price. While waiting for my order the owner asked me to join their table of staff having lunch. He insisted I try some of their meal which was gluten free noodles or rice with venison cooked in a satay sauce, amazing. Where do you come across hospitality like that. Fantastic.

quote A good place to try Vietnamese. The dishes take a bit long to be served. But the people working there is lovely!

quote Cannot speak higher of the service and the food here. Trip down for a holiday from Brisbane, and a simple message for "something special" for my partner's birthday lead to the amazing host making a lovely cake to help me make her day just that little bit more special. We both absolutely loved the food, so worth it. The location is also great. All in all, highly recommend a stop in here if you're in Hobart, whether you're a fan of Chinese or not it won't disappoint!
