One of best Vietnamese restaurant in Hobart, Tasmania.
Staffs were very friendly, welcoming and knowing best. Fried spring-rolls were very crispy and amazing me with a big surprise.
Pho was very decent, warm and tasty in a cloudy and cold weather.

The pho soup base is too salty, otherwise it is tasty, I know because I have tried this dish in a hundred other restaurants. The paper rolls are good, The banh mi is good too.

Best Vietnamese restaurant in town.
The most highly recommended one is their beef Pho, Barbecue Pork Banh Mi and Grilled Pork and Spring Roll Bun (a.k.a rice noodle salad). They are to die for!
If you are not into these, well... they have such a big menu which covers famous cuisine accross south East Asia. I promise each one of them is great!
So you better go, like right now!
PS: if you go to @ogrillrestaurant, you will find saigon Express's full menu, plus Korean cuisine menu, plus beer on tap and cocktails.
So, what are you waiting for?
