Curry dishes have their origins in the Indian subcontinent, with present-day Northern India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan mainly using a yogurt base, while those in present-day Southern India, Sri Lanka, and Southeast Asia generally use coconut milk as their foundation.

I have been a regular this last year. The best Thai place in Joondalup IMHO. My favourite is their Nam Tok for lunch time. Their Pad Kee Mao for dinner time. Very tasty!!! Their food is always amazing...
