quote We were a group of 16, and the rest of the tables in the restaurant were full too. We were there for all-you-can-eat chicken and sides. The food was great, we all loved every dish that came out, but I'm scoring it low because the service was slow (understaffed maybe) took a while for food to come out, and the waiters' customer service was not that great. We had to ask for things and food. At one stage, they forgot about us lol They should have had at least 1 or 2 more waiters on the floor to keep things running smoothly, offer drinks, top up waters and keep customers up to date.

quote Tried this place because our previous favourite place Hoffmans Road Fish and Chip is still closed. The hamburger tasted the same as Hoffmans; the way Aussie Burgers meant to be before the Americans ruined it. Fisherman's Basket was fried to perfection and with fresh oil. Credit / Visa / EFTPOS Cards available with no surcharges.

quote Homey hidden gem spot in a parking lot. The menu includes popular dishes and some deep cuts. We ordered catfish laab, green curry & rice lunch special, and sago dumplings. I initially wanted to order jaew mak len but they didn’t do it anymore because it’s not as popular and they want to keep everything fresh. The kind lady who served us then gave me jaew bong to try for free! I ended up liking it so much that I bought a mini serving home. The hospitality here is top-notch and we’ll definitely come back😊

quote Honestly, I just ordered their fish and chips, and just had a bite, and it’s immediately up there as possibly the best, at the very least top 3 F&C in Wellington. Wow, this is great stuff. The chips are just average, but their fish is superlative. Well done, team.
