Tried the Satay Beef due to recommendations, agree it was good. Kids liked the Chicken Fried Rice and Honey Chicken.
A menu was sent home with our order which showed that there had been a mark-up of 14.6% for ordering via their website for us to Pick-up. What totaled $95 by the supplied menu, we paid $109, plus a packaging fee and card charges on top! Essentially, we paid an additional $15 to have our food put in containers to bring it home. Won't be doing that again.

Where do I start, from the moment a group of us walked in, the customer service was on point!! Every order was quick and efficient, fresh, tender, quality Chinese cuisine, literally if you want on point chinese food 100% get in ya car and head straight to Lifang Valley Chinese Restaurant 4/198 Brookton Hwy, Kelmscott WA 6111 , you won't regret it.... A hidden gem with a great view, that's affordable authentic Chinese food you'll never go else where again once you've been...
Thankyou ❤️🤙💯👍

Lifang has me intrigued. I've had three takeaways here, and it's been different each time. One thing that hasn't changed is the service. The food appears quickly, and the smiling staff make you feel welcome. Plenty of parking. But the food's quality is so variable, it's hard to recommend, maybe there's different chefs with different standards. The last special fried rice was barely seasoned, the pork was gristly and fatty, with few veggies and too much baby corn. The combination omelette was passable, but again, the fatty meat spoiled the dish. Not much atmosphere, but that's okay. It seems to be hit and miss here. The hits are great, but someone needs to have a yak with the chef.

Highly recommended. We got the Garlic lamb sizzler, satay chicken (not in sticks - see pic), hoikken combo noodles and squid fritters. All tasted great and even the chili oil was fantastic. Great view of the hills.
