Order Food in hope-valley

Golden Gate Chinese Takeaway was absolutely delicious! Came to get a quick dinner before heading to a shift and was blown away by the wonderful customer service and warm, yummy food. The employees were extremely kind in helping me with the wide variety of dishes offered. I received my food at a reasonable price for the amount I purchased!! 😯 I definitely recommend this restaurant to those on the hunt for a reliable customer service and delicious food!!

Ordered via DoorDash and was contacted by the restaurant re: no dim sum available. They replaced them with the dumplings. The special fried rice wasn’t anything like in the picture as it had no pork or prawns or anything green (as can be seen in photo comparison). Food was tasty.

Ordered Takeaways. Honey Chicken was overcooked and dry. It lacked the sticky coating that honey chicken normally comes with. Special Fried Rice was quite hard, either not cooked through or fried too long and lacked flavour. Chicken Cashew was overdone with soggy vegetables. The Oyster Sauce Vegetables were also soggy and lacking flavour apart from the cauliflower that was was not cooked enough and taste as though at had just been boiled in water. The Beef Satay based good and the beef was soft. The vegetable however were much like the rest of the other dishes.

Don't know why I have never come across this place before, best traditional pizzas in all Adelaide and his fresh continental cakes, yummmm! So much for my diet!

The Best Fish and Chips South of the River The fish is incredibly fresh, with a light, crispy batter that manages to be golden and crunchy without feeling heavy or oily. The chips are exactly how they should be thickcut, fluffy on the inside, and satisfyingly crisp on the outside. Portion sizes are generous, making it great value for money.

SUPER UNDERRATED RESTAURANT 9/10 you need to get the Rino special seafood pasta. ITS HUGE can serve 2 people. Its a super yummy tomato chilli base pasta with 21 clams 11 mussels and 4 prawns. SUPER GENEROUS💖💖💖 I always get this when im here its my favourite thing to order!!!! We also ordered the pork and fennel sausage pasta and chicken scallopini. These were so big as well and decent i give it a 7/10 Definitely the MUST order is the rino special!!! Good work guys I love your restaurant! I have been recommending my friends. I hope you get more business!!
