Fresh fish and seafood on display, clean, organised shop. We ordered Flake, Chips and a Cheeseburger for takeaway. The flake was the best I’ve ever had, tender and juicy, not greasy or overcooked. Chips were great and the medium serve was very generous! Cheeseburger was tasty, fresh roll and very enjoyable! Definitely return next time we’re in Bendigo!

Good fish and chips here. On the way home we decided to call into the McIvor Road Fish and Chip shop. Although there was only a few of us in the shop we could tell that they must do a lot of phone orders as the deep fryers were working overtime. We ordered the stock standard fish and chips with potato cakes to takeaway. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the order was filled fairly quickly considering how busy they were. Although there are a few metal seats outside, no tables, this is a predominately takeaway store. Worth considering if you are after a feed of fish and chips.

Update August 2024 Great service at lightning speed. The Chicken and salad was just excellent. Well done to the team. Fast, flavourful and filling. The extremely quick and efficient service caught me a little off guard trying to take photos for this review. I had my chicken with garlic sauce and fresh salad meal in about 60 seconds (probably less) from ordering to ready to go. The team are very professional, friendly and welcoming. The staff also seem very happy to be there to so this in itself adds to the experience. I ordered a small pack, and you could easily get two meals out this. The Turkish Kitchen Take Away Shop is certainly worth considering if you are looking for something tasty and a little different to try in a meal. Well done to the team, an easy 5 stars from me.

Chinese food is lovely Must try.

Tasty and flavourful. Tonight, I decided to try out a new addition to the restaurants in Kangaroo Flat. At the time of this review, the Kangaroo Flat noodle dumpling house had only been open two weeks. The team were very friendly and efficient, and my delicious Sweet Chilli Chicken noodles was ready to take home in no time. I found the serving size was large and you could probably get two meals out of it. Well done to the team and welcome to Kangaroo Flat we wish you well.
