Order Food in eaglehawk

I’m visiting Melbourne and recently tried the Rara Chicken at Dosa Hut Bendigo — and honestly, it was amazing! The flavours were rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced. What impressed me even more was their tandoori roti and garlic naan. Hands down, the best I’ve had in Australia. Soft, fresh, and full of flavour — exactly how Indian bread should be. The service was great and the food came out hot and delicious. If you’re craving authentic Indian food, Dosa Hut Bendigo is definitely worth a visit!

Place is dated but most Chinese restaurants do feel that way purely to set the atmosphere, the meals were nice but not fantastic Curry puffs - full of flavour these were actually nice, crispy and when you bite into them they were full of flavour. Steam dim sim’s - actually really good Special fried rice - wouldn’t say it was very special and didn’t really seem fried Pepper steak and veg - the flavours were there but steak was cut pretty small and there really wasn’t a great deal of veg at all. Service was nice the lady is lovely that served us.

Good fish and chips here. On the way home we decided to call into the McIvor Road Fish and Chip shop. Although there was only a few of us in the shop we could tell that they must do a lot of phone orders as the deep fryers were working overtime. We ordered the stock standard fish and chips with potato cakes to takeaway. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the order was filled fairly quickly considering how busy they were. Although there are a few metal seats outside, no tables, this is a predominately takeaway store. Worth considering if you are after a feed of fish and chips.

I love their fish and chips. I always order the Blue Grenadier and it's always so moist. The batter has a thick coating and the chips are always cooked to perfection. What it lacks in atmosphere it more than makes up for in their humble fish and chips.

Our Friday Night Ritual! My family of 4 love Friday nights, because of these kebabs!! They're honestly the best. Place is so so clean and staff are always friendly 😊 ps - best chips ever too!
