Korean cuisine is largely based on rice, vegetables, seafood and meats. Traditional Korean meals are named for the number of side dishes that accompany steam-cooked short-grain rice. Kimchi is served at nearly every meal. Commonly used ingredients include sesame oil, doenjang, soy sauce, salt, garlic, ginger, gochugaru, gochujang and napa cabbage.

My favourite fish n chip shop. The lady who closes most days is a darl and always looks after us. Everything is always cooked perfectly and the price of their dinner packs is unbeatable.
