Sunday night order 30 minutes turnaround from call to collection, great work by the team ! On the food side 2 wood fired oven baked pizzas one gluten free the other large, plenty of toppings and bases properly prepared , reasonably priced and cheerfully served, I’ll be back ! Ciao

Absolutely love this pizza place, the dough is addictive. Personal favourites are the Prosciutto and Gambretti but keen to try so many other flavours that sound delcicious. Topped off with some homemade tiramisu. You can taste the care that goes into it. This place has Italian soul.

Ordered a take away. Really sad pizza. Yes the size is there but soggy dough, lack of flavour, the only saving grace of taste is the salt of the pepperoni… I’m sorry to say it but was a very disappointing takeaway. Can’t trust the reviews at all. Edit. I changed my rating from 2* to 3* purely because of the response left by the owners. They didn’t have to reply to a negative review but they did and did it so respectfully, it’s hard for me not to respect that back. Well done 👍🏻

Amazing quality, built on the foundations of longstanding, authentic Italian & Australia culture. The woodfire pizza has never felt so homely, a brisk rainy, windy night in west Brunswick, we all know the feeling. Smell of the wet road, sky lit by the city skyline, the smell of the flora and fauna of Royal park lingering beneath the wet oxygen you breathe. A meal with so much care and experience put into it, taking care of me inside my home during a period of isolation. I was informed tonight the name pizza doctor, comes from the founders nickname, as he is a pizza oven builder and maintainer for a large portion of Melbournes pizza restaurants, he was nicknamed the pizza doctor. Knowing this, the quality of such oven would and has gifted me with the most delicious of pizzas. The three maintainers of the famous pizza doctor oven all come from a different area of Italy (North, Central and South). They are friendly and have big plans ahead, keep an eye on this classic chain. Without it, Grantham st would have nothing left.

I of course tried few pizzas in my life, this one is simply amazing! Rich in toppings, perfect dough, the bottom will hold the weight of toppings! 💪 Maxi size is so big!! Quick service as well!
