The Pizza Doctor in Brunswick is fantastic! Their gluten-free and regular pizzas would have to be the best in Brunswick. It’s really hard to find good gluten-free pizzas, but these guys have absolutely nailed it! The base is perfectly crisp, the toppings are fresh, and you’d never guess it’s gluten-free. Their regular pizzas are just as impressive! Fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. The staff are great, the service is quick, and the whole place has that welcoming neighbourhood vibe that makes you want to come back.

This is actually the third time I’ve been to The Doctor Pizza here in Parkville, and I can honestly say, it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my life! 🍕🇮🇹
The pizza is made by true Italians, and Leonardo (yes, like Leonardo da Vinci!) is the pizza master behind it all. He first introduced me to a pizza so delicious I can’t even remember the name, it just left me speechless. That one bite was enough to bring me back again and again.
If you’re looking for authentic Italian pizza with amazing flavor, very friendly service, and top quality ingredients. Highly recommended

Delicious wood-fired pizza with amazing vegan options. The vegan Margherita and Hawaiian are 10/10 tasty. Also the pizza oven is epic, and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend!!
