Buddys Chicken Fish and Chips

We stopped for some chicken, chips and gravy when we were visiting Bendigo for the day. Possibly some of the best chips I have ever tasted! We will probably do the 3 hour return trip again just for some of their chips! It was reasonably priced and staff were friendly too.

Bravo Buddy's Chicken, Fish & Chips My partner suggested fish and chips and i sighed thinking of thy dry oily chips to come and the oily taste in my mouth, I called the shop we usually go to when I heard that they were away, my heart fell when I thought about the hunting for another half decent shop. I clicked on any- it didnt matter. This was the one I found myself in... only a 25 min wait on Good Friday? how could this be?? I dared to give it a go, the staff were friendly and welcoming, but the smell! the smell was otherworldly.. I found myself beginning to float. When we got to the car, I goaded myself to have a chip.. it was the fluffiest, crunchiest chip I had ever tasted and salted perfectly.. I could help but try another. This must be a trap! there cannot be food this amazing on the surface of the planet, I tried a potato cake and somehow it was even better! This was no ordinary meal I found myself awakening into another form, a better me! surely this was not made for mortals, but for the Gods! I tried some flake and could hear the angels themselves singing, how could this food that was meant for the Gods be before me?! The only thing I can think of was that Buddy was God himself and the friendly staff were his angels. Thank you Buddy's Chicken, Fish & Chips for blessing an ordinary mortal like myself.

Excellent service and extremely polite staff mixed with great food!! Awesome place if you want BBQ chicken rolls or burgers,fish n chips, and have salads etc!! Great food!!!!!

We ordered 14 meals to be delivered for tea on a Saturday. Delivery was on time and food arrived hot and in good condition. People chose either chicken, beef or lamb and all meat was succulent. Good sized meals at a reasonable price. Ordering and payment were simple processes. Very friendly staff.
