Love a nan and pop owned restaurant, lovely service and prompt. Food is pretty standard Chinese food, we ordered noodle dishes. Good amount and tenderness of the beef brisket and beef pieces. Soup was fairly tasty, noodles were the typical store bought which I don’t particularly like the texture of but food is food. Decent price as well.

Great-tasting chicken and rice at this no-frills restaurant.
The flavors in the dish combined really well, creating a satisfying and comforting meal. Some people might find it a bit on the salty side, but I personally enjoyed the balance of seasoning.
The restaurant itself is very simple—nothing fancy in terms of decor or ambiance—but the focus is clearly on the food.
I can’t speak for the rest of the menu, but their chicken rice was definitely worth trying and left a good impression.
A solid choice if you’re after something tasty and straightforward without the extras.

This restaurant in South Melbourne is like a home to us, with all their staff including the kitchen crew mingling with us like a family. They’d even ask us the reason why we’ve been too busy for few weeks but not visiting them. This truly means the world to us who support them & their dishes wholeheartedly. And yes, we love all their Malaysian dishes as always.

the special fried rice and beans with minced pork were tasty, well sized and well priced. i also got the pork dumplings in chilli oil soup, and though it was a reasonable portion for the price, it was more like dumplings in water with a dash of chilli oil. However, the fried rice & beans were good, and i'm leaving a 4* as i'm likely to return to try other dishes.
