The Pizza Doctor in Brunswick is fantastic! Their gluten-free and regular pizzas would have to be the best in Brunswick. It’s really hard to find good gluten-free pizzas, but these guys have absolutely nailed it! The base is perfectly crisp, the toppings are fresh, and you’d never guess it’s gluten-free. Their regular pizzas are just as impressive! Fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. The staff are great, the service is quick, and the whole place has that welcoming neighbourhood vibe that makes you want to come back.
If you’re after amazing pizza, gluten-free or not, this is the spot.

The pizza here was fantastic. It is traditional Italian pizza and the order came out super quick. The staff made some excellent suggestions for topping substitutions. Highly recommended.

It depends on who is slinging the dough on the night. We find the young guys make an amazing pizza, but if it isn’t those two - it just ends up in the box kinda wet and soggy. It’s not a done in sorta place. Wish they did a supreme. But the crust is wood fire and they all mean well - they just have to leave the pizza out of the box a little longer and cook the centre a little more.

Delicious wood-fired pizza with amazing vegan options. The vegan Margherita and Hawaiian are 10/10 tasty. Also the pizza oven is epic, and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend!!
