Korean cuisine is largely based on rice, vegetables, seafood and meats. Traditional Korean meals are named for the number of side dishes that accompany steam-cooked short-grain rice. Kimchi is served at nearly every meal. Commonly used ingredients include sesame oil, doenjang, soy sauce, salt, garlic, ginger, gochugaru, gochujang and napa cabbage.

Stopped for a quick dinner and had some really tasty dumplings! The other table was having what looked like an amazing fish dish so will be back to try it. Service was really quick and friendly too.
