quote **A fantastic new gem – Amber Spice!** We had an amazing experience at **Amber Spice** and are so happy to see this wonderful Indian restaurant open. Everything we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The **Papdi Chaat** was perfectly balanced and fresh, the **Chilli Paneer** had just the right kick, and the **Prawn Malabar Curry** was rich, aromatic, and absolutely delicious. The **Dal Makhani** was creamy, comforting, and tasted like it had been slow-cooked with love. Beyond the food, the **service was outstanding**—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can really feel the passion behind this place. Highly recommend Amber Spice to anyone who loves authentic, flavorful Indian cuisine. We’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu. Wishing the team a great success. ✨🍽️

quote I'll write a long review about my experience I ordered via the phone, they were very nice and and the food was decently priced as well (2 cheesy garlic naan, 1 butter chicken and a plain rice for $38) I picked it up, inside the restraunt it was small, loud but it seemed nice. The women there were looking at me really weird, almost like I just punched the head chef. The guy at the front counter was very nice, gave me my food directly. Now I'll give a review of every individual item I received Rice - Had a nice fresh flavour almost like they had cooked it with bay leaf or infused it or something along those lines. Very nice rice and well cooked. Garlic Naan - The cheese they used had a slight bitter taste (not a bad kind) and they used LOTS of minced garlic. Both the combination of the bitter tasting cheese and the overuse of garlic made a very unique flavour, I wouldn't call it bad but definitely not traditional or even westernized Indian food. The bread was very soft to a fault, had absolutely no chew it felt like I was biting through butter. Butter Chicken - Very unique butter chicken, personally it wasn't for me but I can see why people would enjoy it, it had a slight sour taste (which did NOT pair well with the slightly bitter and garlicy naan bread) but it did have a lot of nice spices which made up for the slight sour taste. It paired well with the rice. I WILL say that individually these different types of food were okay, but I prefer to combine my food and use the garlic naan to dip in the butter chicken sauce, and all the flavours and textures from these different foods clashed heavily. The bitterness and softness of the naan did not pair well will the sourness and the firmness of the butter chicken. I will say that mixing the rice in with the butter chicken did taste pleasant but I wouldn't say that the fresh taste of the rice paired 'well' with the sourness and spices of the butter chicken, it just watered down the flavour of it which did make it more pleasant to eat. Overall, it definitely wasn't the worst Indian I've had, it was quite unique but personally, it wasn't for me.

quote The food was good enough except the amount of fish in the Fish and chip meal, just 2 very small pieces. Displayed menu, had a price for Fish and chips, no pric3 against seafood basket...makes you think same price... nope $5 more at around $17. Bo5h dishes fails value for money.
