Traditional Vietnamese cooking is greatly admired for its fresh ingredients, minimal use of dairy and oil, complementary textures, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. Common ingredients include shrimp paste, fish sauce, bean sauce, rice, fresh herbs, fruit and vegetables.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding!
This place is an absolute gem in Albany. The food is incredible — authentic flavours, perfectly cooked dishes, and generous portions. The service is top-notch, with staff who genuinely care and go the extra mile. The ambiance is beautiful too, making the whole experience feel special.
I’ll go as far as saying this is the best Indian restaurant in all of WA. If you’re in Albany, you have to try it. Highly recommended!

**A fantastic new gem – Amber Spice!**
We had an amazing experience at **Amber Spice** and are so happy to see this wonderful Indian restaurant open. Everything we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The **Papdi Chaat** was perfectly balanced and fresh, the **Chilli Paneer** had just the right kick, and the **Prawn Malabar Curry** was rich, aromatic, and absolutely delicious. The **Dal Makhani** was creamy, comforting, and tasted like it had been slow-cooked with love.
Beyond the food, the **service was outstanding**—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can really feel the passion behind this place.
Highly recommend Amber Spice to anyone who loves authentic, flavorful Indian cuisine. We’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu. Wishing the team a great success. ✨🍽️

I picked up two pizzas from Batman Pizza, a Margherita and a Mexican. As soon as they were in the car, my son commented on how amazing they smelled. They did not disappoint! Both were absolutely delicious, the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend.

Just had a family sized meat lovers pizza that looked more like an extra large and was impressed with the price point (only $26.00) and flavour. This pizza reminds me of the good old days when pizza was about big flavour and big pizza but not so big price. I very much enjoyed the generous toppings which were bursting with flavour. The dough for me could do with some improvement however I have to say I was in no way disappointed and wanted to finish off the pizza all to my self. I recommend you give it a try specially if you’re like me and remember the old school pizzas back in the day!

Great meal! probably the 3rd time we went in 4 months.
All dishes were great.
Lamb Rogan Josh and Channa Aloo Masala (chickpea and potato) both medium which is a very nice amount of spice that wont hurt you.
We also got the Saffron rice, Samosas and
Garlic naan.
This meal cost us (2 People) $63. Enough food to get a 3rd meal out of it in a takeaway container home.

Good atmosphere. Despite being busy they were very nice and quick with service. Kids love the loaded fries and waffles. Burger was huge, probably the best in dunedin. Good value for money. We will be back.
