Perfectly serviceable ramen on the outskirts of Launceston's CBD; will definitely hit a craving if it's what you're looking for Woke up and was in the mood for ramen - enter this gem of a place. Ramens always a good time, so saying "the ramen is good" is a bit redundant (but it's worth mentioning). Alongside this they serve some Japanese classics that bring home those classic flavours Outside of the food, there's not much more that grabbed my attention; service was fine and the setting was clean/nice. If you’re visiting Rotorua or Taupo, be sure to check out this awesome sushi place. The food is top-notch—the rice is cooked just right, with a perfect texture that’s neither too firm nor too soft. Each item is full of flavor, well-sized and nicely balanced without being oily. The packaging is clean and well-organized too. I was really impressed with my meal, a delicious salad sushi today and it was incredibly tasty.
