Unimpressive but also not terrible. So I'm indifferent about this restaurant. Good value for money is the main plus due to meal sizes (see below for more info). Customer service is efficient but a bit dry. Food is edible, not much of a Malaysian taste and also a bit dry, but I'm from Seremban and expect it to have more moisture, so perhaps it's a matter of opinion if you're from another state. Personally, I did not like the flavors but I liked the quantity.
For anyone who's under 80kg, the meal sizes are considered quite large. I'd say you're paying approximately $20 for a double-portion per meal. (For comparison, you'd pay closer to $30 for the same amount from a meal-prep service like HelloFresh or YouFoodz who delivers standard healthy meal sizes - 2 meals in this case for $30.) This means you get a lot of value for each meal if you split it in half (as you should, if you weigh under 80kg as a person). So good value for money if you like the taste.

Am a regular customer. Always get the wrap, chips and drink combo. Kebabs are delicious and chips are always hot and crunchy. Workers are more than happy to cater to any request. Atmoshere could do with a revamp but definitely recommend.

I've eaten here multiple times and I must say, even thought the wait for the food takes a while due to it being packed most of the time, the food served is good value for money. The staff also makes sure to clean the tables as fast as possible to accomodate newer customers. Would highly recommend for people who want to eat on a budget.

Great halal vietnamese and chinese food in the west! We had the rice paper rolls, wonton chicken noodle soup and beef mee goreng. All three were delicious. We are definitely coming back!

After walking by the beach I stumbled upon this fish and chips place. First time visiting Altona Pine & Chips — ordered the lunch special (chips, flake and a choice of can or upgrade to a bottle which I chose the latter. Also added a potato cake to my order. Service was quick and easy, freshly cooked once you out your order in and the staff were warm and welcoming. It’s also a family business too which I love. I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu
