
Xinjiang cuisine reflects the cooking styles of many ethnic groups of the Xinjiang region and refers particularly to Uyghur cuisine. Signature ingredients include roasted mutton, kebabs, roasted fish and rice. Because of the Muslim population, the food is predominantly halal. A common Uyghur dish is laghman or leghmen, a noodle dish thought to have originated from the Chinese lamian.

For homely Chinese food - Tak Kee is best! The food is comforting and delicious with so much flavour. The roast meats and congee are the best parts.

Stopped for a quick dinner and had some really tasty dumplings! The other table was having what looked like an amazing fish dish so will be back to try it. Service was really quick and friendly too.
