Having come in for a course from Sydney, my sister (a local) thought Dickson would be a great place to have dinner. SO we ended up here. It's the "hole in the wall" type of venue. BYO and packed. The vibe is buzzy. Food wise it is fresh, delicious and generous. Service is quick ! If you are visiting from out of town, go here.

Our favourite place every time visiting Canberra. The roast duck is our favourite dish, and they're still keeping good of food. The roast pork tofu pot was very big portion and only for $22. What a bargain. The food is affordable. The place is small so be sure to go early or prepared to share table.

Decent feed of Cantonese flavours and dishes. We followed previous reviews that recommended the BBQ meats; tried the roast duck, char siu and siu yook and all were decent.
The beef rice noodles was ok too, the salted egg pork congee more bland.
Service is brisk but in line with what we are used to in HK, food comes out quickly. Would return.

My husband and I have been missing our favorite spot in Melbourne since we moved to NSW. We found this restaurant, which also features Peking duck. It’s one of the classic and best Chinese restaurants in Canberra. The food tastes great, and the atmosphere is typical of a busy Chinese restaurant, although the space is limited. However, it’s definitely worth it.

Great little find in Canberra’s Chinatown. Had to wait about 15 mins as was so crowded for lunch. Went on a Saturday. We ordered the crispy roast pork and rice which was one of the best we’ve had. Also the Beef Brisket with dry noodles, and the Beef Brisket with noodle soup. Both of which were very nice too. The only dish that was pretty average and stopped me from 5 stars was the Wonton with Noodles (dry). The young guy who served us was very friendly and helpful.
