I got your microwave meal from spud shed. The flavour was delicious, however I just wanted to let you know there was only ONE piece of lamb in the whole container. I didn't end up eating much of it as I didn't want my lunch calories to simply be rice and sauce. I wanted to bring it to your attention as it isn't reasonable to pay for a meal labelled Lamb Madras and only get one bite sized pieces of lamb. Thank you

Had very enjoyable evening with family here. Everyone absolutely enjoyed the food which was very tasty and flavoursome, great portion size and well presented. The atmosphere and service were excellent. Definitely recommend.

Best Indian we have had in awhile
Every dish we had was full of flavours the fish was fresh and the lamb was tender
The owner of the restaurant was really nice and takes pride of his dishes.

We've been dining at Essence of India since we moved to Kinross 13 years ago. The food here has never disappointed. We have tried other curry places at times but we always come back here. The chef Raj is very welcoming and friendly, and the food is always of a consistent quality. I recommend this curry house to anyone wanting quality food at a competitive price.
