foo-hua

quote The music was great, very peaceful, with 2 screens for entertainment. The service was also excellent. If we had an issue they were quick to solve it. And as you can tell by the pictures the food was rather mouth watering. Highly recommend Foo Hua for your next dine in or take away experience altho I do suggest dinning in for the amazing atmosphere this place has to offer. They do have chopsticks at the counter too!

quote The food was delicious and well presented. The service was prompt and very polite. The restaurant and tables were very clean. We had a large table with lovely tablecloth and lazy susan in centre. We were a noisy party of eight. Most enjoyable family meal. Usually we get takeaway, but it was extra nice to eat in the restaurant for a change. Thank you Silver Gardens!

quote Really solid spot for Malaysian food in Innaloo. Tried their kolo mee again—always a winner, can’t go wrong with it. Also had a couple of their special dishes: the KL-style Hokkien mee (dark, rich sauce—super tasty) and the lo shi fun, which was perfect for cold/wet weather. The wan tan hor / ying yong was also on point—nice smoky wok flavour and a smooth, eggy gravy. Service was friendly and quick, and overall just a good, satisfying meal. Will definitely be back.

quote Refurbished old Pizza Hutt building. Adequate parking for the restaurant size. Inside, feels a bit clinical but otherwise has seating for small to large groups - BOOK a table. Service was great. Quick, attentive and positive. The beef was extremely tender and had typical Chinese flavours of all the dishes we selected. S&P Squid could've done with more salt and despite the fresh chilli peppers, wasn't very spicy. Overall, we were happy with our food. Not sure if we'd go again but I'd recommend if you want your usual Chinese fare quickly and no unexpected flavour or spiciness.

hermanos-en-cantina

quote It was… ok… I suppose. Bewildering online menu as literally half the items were not available. Disbelieving this, I decided to order in person but sure enough the food choices grayed out were not available. Given the seemingly low patronage I got the impression the food options are limited as a deliberate plan to reduce costs. Can’t imagine there had been sufficient demand that so many options had run out. To be fair the burritos (made from our second choice protein options) were pretty good. Loaded fries arrived after we’d eaten but were also pretty good. All round the food was ok but still feel as if we had to make too many compromises to make the meal work. Service ok to good. Reasonably attentive. Ambience non-existent but hardly their fault when we are sitting in an empty arcade hallway. Maybe it’d be better on a busier night but suspect probably not.

quote The food was amazing and the portion sizes were quite generous. The staff were really nice and accommodating. The place was chill as there weren’t many people but needed some music to make it feel a bit more lively. Overall great place
