I'm from Sydney so I'm spoilt for choices when it comes to Vietnamese food. I decided to try this place out while visiting Hobart. Really good broth not too sweet or salty just right to add whatever flavours you prefer to really make it to your own liking. Good sizeable chunk of oxtail and beef brisket, very filling and satisfying. Would definitely come back if I'm the area again.

Found this gem on my last day in Tasmania and it's absolutely incredible. The food came in a generous portion, and with a variety of sides. They're super delicious also. I have one crackling pork with rice and share combination beef pho with my friend. The crackling pork was super juicy, and the sides(cucumber, picked veggies, etc.) were super fresh. The pho was also incredible, I couldn't resist continuing to shoving it down even though the rice already made me felt so full.

The soup base for the pho was pretty good but thought the meat was a bit tough. Overall it was a hearty meal and was pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of the food. Staff there were friendly and we were taken care of. The pork was a bit too salty for our liking as well but that could just be personal preference.

Yummy Vietnamese food at a good price. Ingredients were fresh and everything was very tasty. It does get busy at lunch time but they're efficient with service so you can usually find a place to sit. Highly recommend the vermicelli noodle bowl with lemongrass beef!
