Authentic South Indian Flavors in Perth! Visited this restaurant based on a friend’s recommendation, and it exceeded our expectations! The punugulu were hands down the best we’ve had in Perth—crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. We also tried the veg cutlets and veg biryani, both incredibly tasty and made with fresh ingredients. Our friends ordered the chicken lollipop, chicken dum biryani, and dosa, and they loved every bite. We had a chance to speak with the chef, who shared that they keep a limited menu to ensure everything is freshly prepared daily—a thoughtful touch that really shows in the food. They also sell dosa batter, which is perfect for home cooking. As a sweet surprise, we received a complimentary Gulab Jamun—soft, warm, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic South Indian-style biryanis and starters. Great spice levels, friendly service, and a focus on freshness make this a must-visit!

So yummy and cooked to perfection fish batter was light and crispy. We trav3lled from Baldivis to treat ourselves to fish and chips and dim sim. It was again worth every km

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Belmont institution — 20 years strong and still the best! I’ve been coming to Belmont Village Fish & Chips for over 20 years, and they have never let me down. The food is always cooked to perfection — crispy chips, beautifully battered fish, and generous portions that leave you satisfied every time. Whether it’s a Friday night feed or a quick dinner after work, they’ve consistently delivered quality and flavour. The team here are friendly, efficient, and genuinely care about their customers. Over the years, I’ve seen them serve the community with the same welcoming attitude and top-notch service that keeps people coming back. The shop is spotless, the menu has something for everyone (including great value family packs), and the vibe is always relaxed and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place that maintains its standards so consistently for two decades — Belmont Fish & Chips is one of those rare gems. Thank you for always being amazing!

I liked the ramandan buffet, I especially liked the beef brisket. However, the food weren’t refilled like I was told, my reservation time was kind of late but I had been assured that there’ll be refills throughout the night. My friend and I’s seat was put in the way of a walking path so people kept bumping me as I ate, the food ran out quickly and there weren’t refills, we just had one plate of food.The restaurant was rowdy, I couldn’t hear my friend speak to me most of the time. Aside from that, the food was delicious, I would come back again if we could get better seats and the food was actually refilled.

What an amazing dinner for our group of 5. The staff and food were absolutely amazing. The staff, even though young, were so polite and friendly and they couldn’t do enough to help us. The food was second to none. We had Spring Rolls for Entree, then Honey King Prawn, Satay Lamb, Chicken Cashew and Garlic/Ginger Beef along with Vegetarian Fried Rice. Was so fresh, super delicious and generous serves. Definitely wont hesitate to head here for a feed again next time we are in the area. Highly recommend this restaurant.
