Buzzer I was given didnt work so my order sat under the warmer for however long. Heaven knows why the counter staff can't call out the order for those who walk into the shop, order there and wait rather than ordering online.
The chips are OK, although trying to work out portion sizes from tuppawear is ridiculous. The Chicko Roll was battered within an inch of its life (delicious). We also got a Chicken Souvlaki, and I honestly wish I'd gone to Kebabland instead. The thing was small, the chicken was dryer than the sahara, the lettuce wet and kinda gross, and the wrap was hard at the edges. Could be because it sat under the warmer, maybe its always that way, I won't be trying it again though.
Im giving 3 stars simply because of the chips & Chicko Roll, although if you messed up those you're in the wrong business.

I just want to give a big shoutout to Jayden, the young boy (may be the youngest crew) who works at Glades Fish and Chips. He’s incredibly hardworking, always friendly, and handles busy hours like a pro! It’s amazing how he stays active and still takes time to engage with customers. Jayden is the kind of employee every shop should have, a real asset to the team!

Quality seems to drop with the price increases. After 8 years of going to this take away shop in Byford, I have had enough of decreased quality and size of each dish.
