My partner and I went to Tandoor the on the weekend and had a lovely dinner! The service was fantastic, the lady who served us had great energy and was helpful when making a decision on how spicy we would want our butter chicken! Let’s just say she saved us from our burning decision
The butter chicken was delicious, would recommend it and will surely be going back there the next time we visit Ballarat, I shall be taking my mum there too !!

We had dinner last night at Tandoor indian Cuisine and had a wonderful experience. The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and full of flavour, perfectly paired with fresh and soft garlic naan. The lamb biryani was absolutely awesome—aromatic, well-spiced, and cooked perfectly with tender pieces of lamb.
The food quality was excellent, portions were generous, and everything tasted freshly prepared. A great place for authentic Indian cuisine, and we’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

The menu offers a great variety, and the food was genuinely good—definitely recommend trying their specialties. The service was excellent. A lady from the kitchen (possibly the chef or owner) came out to personally check on how the food was, which was a lovely touch. The server was not only pleasant and attentive but also quite charming (should’ve asked his name, haha). Will definitely visit again when I’m in Ballarat!

Went for dinner on a Tuesday evening at 6.30. Fairly quiet so I got a seat straight away. Ordered vegetable samosas and Afghani Chicken with rice, mixed pickles and a plain roti, with a glass of Shiraz. The samosas came out and were delicious. The Afghani Chicken followed, a different but very tasty blend of spices.
A great meal!

We organised a celebration dinner with 30+ ppl and could not have asked for a better venue. Host was smiling, efficient, courteous and above all very accommodating towards all the guests. Food was sensational. I’ve never had fish taste that good, in Melbourne, India or anywhere else in the world. The Saag dishes were supreme, you could taste the freshness in the ingredients. The 3 types of buttery chicken on the menu shows the details to which the master chef went in curating the Menu. Flavours exploded in your mouth and you crave for more.
