Good food, but a little pricey. The service is fast, though the waitress could be more friendly when serving. Parking outside the restaurant seems to be dominated by the vendors next door, who put up signs stating it is for their customers only. The table layout is also a bit out of whack, but overall it’s still a good place to visit.

decent japanese restaurant in southlands
a variety of menu items, we were spoiled for choice ! unfortunately none of the dishes were particularly outstanding
i was pretty disappointed with the teppanyaki beef, being hard and chewy and tasting only of black pepper. the wagyu was slightly better but there was no also flavour to accompany it. others were ok, not much to comment on either, except that the salad dressing was tasty !
portions are pretty generous though, especially the uramaki and rice bowls !
overall probably not somewhere i would recommend, but far from the worst :)

Highly recommended this sushi restaurant!
Japanese western style cuisine and always crowded. Make sure to make an appointment that you don’t need to wait a long queue.
There Udon, terriyaki chicken and steak, and various type of California maki (rolls) is superb delicious!

Came here for a Saturday night dinner and it was busy and hence had to wait outside for twenty minutes.
When we could, we ordered a beef don, sashimi set and soft shell crab. The sashimi was very fresh and tasted incredible, however that was where it stopped.
The beef was too tough and dry in the don, even though the sauce helped the flavours, it was overcooked. The soft shell crab while plentiful was oddly flavoured. The salad and the miso in the set wasn’t anything special to go by as well.
