Our first time was great. Food was fantastic! I personally love the Marjan Laghman that I braved to try and order. It’s diced handmade noodles with chopped meat and vege.
We also ordered Polo Chicken Kebab. The rice was okay and the chicken kebab was also good.
We came as early as they’re open after closing for lunch break; before it got busy during dinner. We came around 5pm and the restaurant was still rather empty.

I’ve been going to Silk Road Uyghur Cuisine for the past 4 years, and it has always been amazing. The food is full of flavor, especially the bbq meat and zih kebabs— always fresh, tender, and perfectly cooked.
The service is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. I’ve brought family and friends here many times, and everyone loves it.
Highly recommended.

It's a pretty good meat focused restaurant. The meat here is amongst one of the better restaurants in Perth for the type of food. The grilled meats and skewers were marinated and cooked well done generally tender and tasty, with some a bit dry and boring. The thin noodles with special sauce was very spicy with few on our table able to eat it. The dry stir fried prawns with chips dish was ordinary.
Service was not very friendly, but efficient enough.
If you like this type of grilled meat and skewers restaurant, this is definitely a place to try.
