I’ve been getting take away from here for years and always enjoyed the food and value for money. The dining area has been recently renovated so we ate in this time. Friendly, fast service and same great food. I recommend trying the dine in experience but note they are BYO only.

Small Shanghainese restaurant on Waverley road. The business owner are very accommodating since we brought a 1 month old. They gave us a seat away from the air conditioning. The noodle and rice dish are mediocre. However the hot and sour soup is really good. I think they put some pickled vegetables in the soup which makes it unique compared to the normal version.

Attempted to order prawn dumplings (only), and they have served me prawn dumpling soups with noodles.
$15.50 paid by card, bit pricey
The soup is quite salty and the wonton is much smaller than others for same price. Noodle itself and some scallion on the side are nice.
Only perks is I have dined in and the service is fairly quick, plus they open till late night.
