It was a little tight in the restaurant, however, it is very popular. People are queueing outside at the weekend to get their pick up orders. Nevertheless dining inside is nice, and later they also turned on some nice music.
The staff was nice, the food was amazing! We had many different chicken and prawn dishes and everything was so flavoursome. I will definitely go back or even order take away, I love it. :-)

Was some of the best tasting Indian food I have ever eaten to be honest. So 5 stars for me overall.
The only thing was it was a bit tight and people had to keep hitting my chair to get in and out (mostly this was caused by another customer sitting at a weird angle and her chair right out) but eventually we fixed this.
Lasts I was about to take my left overs home and the new younger staff member was cleaning tables and the spray went into my food, so I didn't even up taking that home :( But they promptly had a word to her about this so I'm sure it won't happen again but both things still didn't affect me enough to take off the overall 5 star result and I would go back and also easily recommend it to others.

Shalimar curries is an excellent, authentic Indian restaurant. Served by very well trained staff, the cuisine is beautifully presented and exceptionally delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant is calm and relaxing with Indian music playing in the background. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Went for dinner on Friday night. Place was very busy. Both with diners and takeaway orders. Only one staff at the front taking the orders and also waiting on dine in customers .
Took little while for taking the order but the food arrived in good time. Entree kebab and chicken 65 was delicious , chicken tikka biryani- good portion size , had more of a tawa pulao taste to it. Keema naan was tasty. Reasonably priced dishes. Hope the front staff get more help.
