The music was great, very peaceful, with 2 screens for entertainment. The service was also excellent. If we had an issue they were quick to solve it. And as you can tell by the pictures the food was rather mouth watering. Highly recommend Foo Hua for your next dine in or take away experience altho I do suggest dinning in for the amazing atmosphere this place has to offer. They do have chopsticks at the counter too!

The chicken katsu was crispy on the outside yet juicy on the inside. The egg was soft and slightly runny, coating the rice and chicken beautifully without overpowering the flavour. Portion was generous, and the sauce tied everything together with a nice savoury touch. Would definitely order again when I’m craving comfort food :D

I liked the ramandan buffet, I especially liked the beef brisket. However, the food weren’t refilled like I was told, my reservation time was kind of late but I had been assured that there’ll be refills throughout the night. My friend and I’s seat was put in the way of a walking path so people kept bumping me as I ate, the food ran out quickly and there weren’t refills, we just had one plate of food. The restaurant was rowdy, I couldn’t hear my friend speak to me most of the time. Aside from that, the food was delicious, I would come back again if we could get better seats and the food was actually refilled.

Huge variety, decent portions and a bustling but not too busy atmosphere.
The Peking duck was better than expected. It came with cucumber, spring onions and pickles which were surprisingly good, and the cuts of the duck were crispy and tender. The prawn crackers were quite oily though.
The noodles that came with the duck were quite good as well - again the meat was tender, and the taste with the noodles was just right.
Garlic kailan really hit the spot, though it was a little salty - it would’ve been really good with rice. It was cooked very well though - just crunchy enough.
There isn’t much to complain about here, definitely recommend it.

Holy crap. I am a birria taco connoisseur and this is by far the best place I’ve been to in Perth. Imagine your classic street food tacos (oily and delicious broth) well this place was it. The staff were friendly and although it was quiet the atmosphere had great potential. I would highly recommend this place and I will for sure be coming back!!

I chose this restaurant when my mother in law said she wanted to try the lobster braised yee mee in Perth. We had plenty of lobster else where so I wish it was up to her standard and expectations. I was so nervous until she said “wah, the lobster is so good, so sweet”. What a relief.
It was really one of the best we had!!
Now when we think of having lobster yee mee we think of Hong Kong BBQ house. Staff were attentive and polite. So glad we chose to have it here. Thank you chef for handling the lobster so well. Onion not overpowering.
