We recently ordered from Panda Palace Chinese Restaurant and overall it was a good experience, but with a few areas that could be improved.
Q: How was the takeaway order and packaging?
A: The food was tasty and full of classic Chinese flavours, but unfortunately several containers had spilled in transit, which made the meal messy by the time we got home. While the flavours were nice, better packaging would definitely improve the takeaway experience.
Q: How was the food quality and taste?
A: Most dishes were well seasoned and tasty. Panda Palace offers a range of familiar favourites, from fried rice and chow mein to sweet and sour options and more traditional mains. The flavours were generally enjoyable and satisfying.
Q: How are the portion sizes?
A: Portions were decent but not particularly large. For the price point, I expected a bit more foo, especially since many similar Chinese restaurants on the Gold Coast (and in the local area) tend to serve generous servings.
Q: How was the service and communication?
A: Communication was smooth, and the staff were friendly when handling the order. Pickup was straightforward and the kitchen seemed to prepare everything fairly quickly.
Q: Would you recommend Panda Palace Chinese Restaurant?
A: Not sure? With improved packaging, better pricing and slightly larger portions for their takeaway, this could easily get a better rating.

The food here is delicious! We ordered a fantastic takeaway, and enjoyed it throughly. The Chicken Chow Mein with soft noodles was delightful. The chicken tasted fresh, as did the variety of vegetables included. The waitress, Amia, was wonderful in the transaction and is extremely beautiful. What a lovely smile and gorgeous face! 10/10, I would recommend to all ages!

Great service, and while we were the only people there, i assume thats because
1. it was so hot
2. the restaurant is more popular for dinner
my biggest problem was that the food lacked alot of spice, so if you guys could improve on that it would be greatly appreciated, but it was still really nice. I am aware that we do have a higher spice tolerance than most people though, so if mild food is what works, go for it.
8/10, would go again

Under new management and they did not disappoint. Spoke with the new owners at dinner and they have run several Chinese restaurants in QLD. Everything was fresh and cooked beautifully. We really enjoyed our dinner for the first time in a very long time at this location. We will definitely be back. Well done guys.

Been here twice now, and love the friendly staff, and the dishes... Living in Biggera Waters for close to 3 years and only discovered this place recently... The previous occasion here , I had the sizzling beef and it was terrific... I am not sure why this place has such low rating... But it's definitely one of the few very good Chinese places I have eaten from.
