not too bad of a spot - but it's definitely one of the better of your above average "kebab place". the serving size is pretty good, and quality isn't bad. service has always been really friendly here. and it always feels much cleaner and neat here (in comparison to many others)

Kebab was tasty , delicious , juicy and exactly I want , chilly and spicy with a drop of lime ,
Peede was super soft and fresh , had a cup of tea with Baghlava which taste like true middle eastern authentic desert, highly recommend this place, owners Mr.Kaveh and Mrs.sheida were amazing and their hospitality was tremendously great .
