Oh My Cod

Called into my local tonight for a bit of dinner. Somewhere between Xmas and New years where you’re not sure what day it is. Oh My Cod certainly delivered the goods as always. Impeccable food, amazing happy attentive staff an enjoyable evening all round sitting on the veranda with a byo bottle of wine and some amazing fish and chips.

Have not been here for years since my physiotherapist said it was her local but the portion sizes had declined. Happy to report there were plenty of chips in the fish and chips pack, the special grilled snapper was delicious and the batter on the fried fish did not repeat as can happen often in many fish and chip shops. Looked clean and staff were friendly. Posted their menu board so way cheaper than ordering online delivery. It is a fish and chippers so no atmosphere to speak of but it's a great suburban find

Fresh seafood and crispy chips that were cooked beautifully (not in any way greasy or heavy at all). Everything was fresh, light, crispy and the tartare sauce was the perfect accompaniment. From the friendly hospitality in store to the perfectly cooked food, we could not fault anything here. Can see why Oh My Cod is one of Perth’s best fish and chips - best we’ve had!

This is a north of the river gem! I ordered the fish burger tonight and it was BOMB! will definitely be back as I am only a couple of minutes away. Really appreciated the energy and friendly customer service from those behind the counter as well.

The best fish and chips that I have had but makes it better because of how Chef Owner Paul treats his customers, calls you by first name basis and always involve serving and caring for his customers. The heartwarming service is ultimately top-tier more than just a typical fish and chips shop!
