维吾尔族美食

Xinjiang cuisine reflects the cooking styles of many ethnic groups of the Xinjiang region and refers particularly to Uyghur cuisine. Signature ingredients include roasted mutton, kebabs, roasted fish and rice. Because of the Muslim population, the food is predominantly halal. A common Uyghur dish is laghman or leghmen, a noodle dish thought to have originated from the Chinese lamian.

quote we had a good time over there. We had taken Mix Kebab meal & gumbamadak Kormisi. Mix Kebab meal: chicken and beef were too good with salad. But the rice was an average. gumbamadak Kormisi: it was wonderful. Though the meat portion was not Enough compared to the price but the taste was very good. On Weekend please book a table before going there. They close taking order 30 minutes prior to the closing time. Overall it was a good experience.

quote This place makes the best Lamb with Spring Onions. Generous serve of Lamb. Most important for me they use very little oil. All other Uygher restaurants in Adelaide that I have visited this dish is soaked in oil. Their Goshnan is also tasty.

quote This place gets points for being halal, good area decent parking, and a variety of menu items. Food was good - my favourite for the evening was the noodles. Good to know in Canberra that there's a decent Uyghur spot. From the outside, whilst unassuming, it is quite a popular spot in the area. Thank you for being genuine and authentic - I hope to try some other menu items the next time I'm in the area.
